Artist Statement
Bruce Carpenter has traveled extensively in India, Nepal, Tibet, China, South Korea, and Japan and worked making stoneware and porcelain vessels. His work is heavily influenced by all Oriental arts and crafts. His designs are meant to merge thoughts and thought processes into a symbolic image.
